Last fact-check:
Testing disclosure: iGaming AI Search has used Omnia hands-on for approximately two months across four iGaming websites: two affiliate sites and two casino/sportsbook operator sites. Omnia provided us with a three-month trial through its affiliate relationship. Our trial included a 25-prompt allowance. We also participate in the Omnia affiliate program, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up through links on this page. Commercial relationships do not determine our editorial conclusions.
Most AI visibility software reviews can tell you what the vendor says the product does. This review is different: we have actually used Omnia to monitor iGaming websites, compare competitors, discover prompts, inspect citations, analyse country-specific visibility and use its newer recommendation workflow.
After two months of regular use, our view is straightforward: Omnia is currently one of the strongest AI visibility platforms we have tested for iGaming teams that want both measurement and clear next actions. Its biggest advantage is not simply that it tracks mentions. The platform helps move from “Where are we visible?” to “What should we do next?”
Omnia AI Review: Our Verdict
| Best for | Affiliates, operators, agencies and smaller in-house teams that want actionable AI visibility tracking |
| Hands-on tested? | Yes – approximately 2 months |
| Sites tested | 4 iGaming sites: 2 affiliate + 2 casino/sportsbook |
| Prompt allowance tested | 25 prompts |
| Pricing | Growth €79/month or €63/month billed annually; higher tiers available |
| Core strengths | Prompt Discovery, competitor setup, citations, share of voice, country/language tracking, Omnia Agent, Recommendations |
| Main limitation we found | No material usability or data issue during our test; 25 prompts may be limiting for large multi-market programs |
That final point needs context. We did not encounter a product defect or feature we actively disliked during our testing. The obvious practical constraint is plan capacity: 25 prompts can be enough for a focused affiliate or one priority market, but a large operator tracking many sports, countries, payment methods and competitors can outgrow that allowance quickly.
What Is Omnia AI?
Omnia is an AI visibility platform designed to show how brands appear across AI answer engines, which sources those engines cite, how competitors compare and what actions could improve visibility. The product itself is branded simply as Omnia, although searchers increasingly use terms such as Omnia AI, Omnia AI visibility tool and Omnia AI citation tracking when looking for the platform.
Its current product has evolved beyond a simple prompt tracker. Omnia now combines:
- daily AI visibility monitoring;
- Prompt Discovery;
- competitor benchmarking;
- citation tracking;
- share-of-voice reporting;
- sentiment analysis;
- country and language segmentation;
- AI-generated Insights;
- Omnia Agent / Omnio conversational assistance;
- project and recommendation workflows;
- API, exports and MCP access.
For a broader comparison with competing products, see our Best AI Visibility & GEO Tools for iGaming guide.
Our Omnia Test: What We Actually Used
We did not test Omnia with a generic SaaS demo project. We used it on four real iGaming websites representing two different business models.
- 2 affiliate websites – useful for testing publisher citations, competitor domains, operator-related prompts and source visibility.
- 2 casino/sportsbook websites – useful for testing direct brand visibility, competitor recommendations, market-specific prompts and operator citation patterns.
We used the platform over roughly two months of a three-month affiliate trial. The account included 25 monitored prompts. We tested 2 languages – English and Arabic.
We tested the main workflow rather than limiting the review to the dashboard. That included prompt discovery, competitor selection, monitoring, citations, reports, exports, alerts/integrations, Omnio/Omnia Agent functionality and its recommendation system.
Setup and Competitor Discovery
One of the first things we liked was the onboarding flow.
Omnia analyses the website and proposes likely competitors during setup. You can remove irrelevant suggestions and add competitors the system missed before building the monitoring project.
This sounds like a small feature, but for iGaming it is genuinely useful. Competitor sets are often messy: an affiliate may compete with other affiliates for citations while simultaneously tracking casino operators mentioned in answers. An operator may want direct casino competitors, sportsbook competitors and influential publishers in the same research workflow.

Prompt Discovery Is One of Omnia’s Best Features
Prompt Discovery was one of our favourite parts of the platform.
Traditional keyword research does not directly answer the question “What are people asking AI systems about this category?” Omnia’s discovery workflow is designed around that newer problem.
The product can surface relevant prompt ideas rather than forcing the user to create the whole monitoring set manually. Omnia’s current Prompt Discovery product also adds prioritisation data around topics, demand and difficulty.
For iGaming, this can help uncover prompts around:
- best casinos or sportsbooks by country;
- specific payment methods;
- licensing and safety;
- sports and leagues;
- operator comparisons;
- affiliate-review discovery;
- withdrawal and verification questions.
We still recommend manually reviewing every suggested prompt before monitoring it. AI visibility data is only as useful as the questions being tracked.
Omnia AI Visibility Tool and Search Monitoring
As an AI visibility and search monitoring tool, Omnia currently monitors prompts daily. The default engines are ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, with Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot available on request.
Inside the monitoring view, we could examine visibility at both aggregate and individual-prompt level.
The useful metrics were not limited to a generic visibility score. We could inspect:
- domain share of voice;
- domain ranking inside the monitored dataset;
- citation counts;
- competitor visibility;
- prompt-level results;
- country-specific context;
- answer and source details.

Omnia AI Citation Tracking and Citation Analysis
If you are evaluating Omnia specifically as an AI citation tracking or citation analysis tool, this was one of the most useful parts of our test. Citation tracking is especially important in iGaming because the brand being recommended and the website being cited can be different.
For example, ChatGPT or Perplexity might recommend a casino while citing an affiliate review, regulator or operator help page. For affiliates, that citation can itself be commercially valuable. For operators, it identifies the external websites shaping the brand’s AI reputation.
Omnia’s citation views made it easy to see which domains and sources were contributing to the monitored answers and how our sites compared with competing domains.
In one prompt-level test for an Egypt market query, our monitored domain showed a 7.84% domain share of voice, #1 domain ranking and four citations. We treat that as evidence for that specific monitored prompt/context – not as a claim that the site was “#1 in AI” generally.

For the wider methodology behind this metric, see our AI Citation Tracking for iGaming guide.
Country and Language Tracking
This is one of the areas where Omnia fits iGaming particularly well.
Casino and sportsbook visibility can change substantially between countries. Accepted operators, regulators, currencies, payment methods and recommended affiliates vary by market.
Omnia supports unlimited countries and languages on its current plans and says it runs monitored prompts through real browser sessions in selected locations.
We used market-specific tracking during our own tests and found it much more useful than treating AI visibility as one global score.
Omnia Recommendations: Turning Data Into Actions
The newer Recommendations workflow is another feature we particularly liked.
Rather than leaving the user with a dashboard full of percentages, Omnia turns visibility and citation data into suggested areas of work. In our account, the recommendation view surfaced concrete opportunities tied to monitored pages and AI citation behaviour.
This direction is consistent with Omnia’s newer Project Suggestions / Agent workflow: daily prompt, citation and sentiment data is analysed to identify worthwhile work and attach evidence to the suggestion.
For a small affiliate or in-house iGaming team, this action layer is important. The problem with many AI visibility platforms is not lack of data; it is knowing what to do with the data.

Omnio / Omnia Agent
We also used Omnia’s conversational assistant functionality rather than treating it as a decorative chatbot.
From the dashboard, the assistant can help investigate visibility changes, underperforming prompts, untapped opportunities and possible new prompts to track.
Omnia now positions this more broadly as the Omnia Agent, which can analyse visibility data, identify problems and propose or execute work subject to approval.
For us, the strongest part was the connection between the assistant and the monitoring dataset. Asking questions about visibility is considerably more useful when the assistant has access to the actual prompt, citation, competitor and historical data.
Reports, Exports, Integrations and MCP
We tested features beyond the standard monitoring dashboard, including reports, exports, integrations/alerts and Omnio recommendations.
Omnia’s current plans also include API access, data exports and MCP access. MCP is particularly interesting for teams already using AI assistants for analysis because it lets compatible assistants query Omnia’s visibility data directly.
For agencies and multi-site affiliate groups, the ability to manage multiple brands from one platform is valuable. Omnia currently lists unlimited brands across its plans.
Did Omnia’s Data Match Manual Checks?
Yes, in our testing.
We manually checked monitored prompts in the relevant AI platforms and found the results credible compared with what Omnia reported.
This does not mean every AI answer is permanently reproducible. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI answers can vary between sessions, locations and time periods. What mattered to us was whether the platform’s monitoring broadly reflected what we could observe manually – and during our test it did.
That is one reason we prefer repeated prompt monitoring over screenshots of one AI answer.
Omnia AI Pricing
Omnia’s current public pricing is:
Omnia currently offers a 14-day free trial on its Growth plan with no credit card required. That is the closest match to searches for an “Omnia AI visibility checker free”: there is not a separate permanently free visibility checker listed on the current pricing page, but the trial lets you test the monitoring workflow before paying.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual equivalent | Prompts | Insight credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | €79/month | €63/month | 25 | 150 |
| Pro | €279/month | €223/month | 100 | 600 |
| Enterprise | From €499/month | From €399/month | 200+ | 1,500 |
Every current plan tracks four engines by default: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot are available on request, taking potential coverage to seven engines.
Omnia separates prompt capacity from Insight credits. Prompts determine how many questions are monitored daily. Credits are used when generating Insights. Growth currently includes 150 credits, equivalent to five Insights.
Prompt packs of 25 can be added without moving plans. Omnia also says unused monthly and purchased Insight credits roll over rather than expiring.
Is 25 Prompts Enough for iGaming?
It depends on the project.
For one affiliate site or one priority market, 25 well-selected prompts can give a useful baseline. You might divide them between brand, country, payments, product, trust and competitor queries.
For a large casino or sportsbook, 25 is easy to outgrow. Once you start separating:
- countries;
- languages;
- sports and leagues;
- payments;
- casino product categories;
- brand comparisons;
- affiliate/source prompts;
the prompt set can expand quickly. In that case, Pro or additional prompt packs become more realistic.
What We Liked Most
- Prompt Discovery: one of the strongest parts of the workflow and useful for moving beyond keyword-based thinking.
- Competitor discovery during setup: saves time and makes benchmarking useful from the beginning.
- Citation-level data: particularly valuable for affiliate and operator source analysis.
- Market-level tracking: important for iGaming because recommendations vary by country and language.
- Recommendations / action layer: helps translate data into work rather than leaving teams with another reporting dashboard.
- Omnia Agent / Omnio: useful because it can reason over the actual visibility dataset.
- Multi-brand support: useful for agencies, operators with several brands and affiliate groups.
- Credible manual spot checks: the results we checked manually were consistent with what we saw in the platform.
What We Didn’t Like
During approximately two months of testing, we did not encounter a material product issue that we would describe as a genuine negative.
We do not want to invent a criticism merely to make the review look “balanced.” Instead, there are a few practical considerations buyers should understand:
- 25 prompts can be restrictive for multi-country operators or large affiliates.
- Some engines require activation/request rather than being part of the default four-engine set.
- AI visibility data is inherently variable. No tool can turn a changing AI answer environment into a perfectly stable conventional ranking.
Those are product-fit considerations rather than bugs we experienced.
Who Is Omnia Best For?
iGaming affiliates: particularly strong for citation analysis, competitor publishers, country/payment prompt discovery and tracking which pages AI systems use as sources.
Casino and sportsbook operators: useful for monitoring recommendation visibility, market-specific prompts, competitor share of voice and the third-party sites influencing brand perception.
Agencies: multi-brand support, exports, reports, API/MCP and prompt capacity at higher tiers make Omnia suitable for client work.
Small in-house teams: the Recommendations and Agent workflows make the platform more useful than a data-only tracker when nobody has a dedicated GEO/AEO specialist.
Best Omnia AI Alternatives
Omnia is not the cheapest entry point into AI visibility monitoring. If you are specifically researching the best Omnia AI alternatives, the right substitute depends on what you value most.
| Alternative | Best fit | Why consider it instead of Omnia |
|---|---|---|
| OtterlyAI | Smaller teams and budget-focused monitoring | A lower-cost route into recurring AI visibility checks with useful GEO audit tools |
| Peec AI | Structured monitoring and analytics-focused teams | Strong reporting and referral/analytics use cases |
| SE Visible | Teams needing larger prompt allowances | Useful when prompt volume matters more than an action-agent workflow |
| Profound | Enterprise operators and large groups | Broader enterprise analytics and governance requirements |
The reason we currently rank Omnia highly for iGaming is the combination of:
- monitoring;
- citations;
- competitor benchmarking;
- prompt discovery;
- geographic tracking;
- recommendations and action workflows.
If all you want is inexpensive daily checks for a small number of prompts, a cheaper tracker may be enough. If you want the tool to help diagnose why visibility is weak and what to do about it, Omnia makes a stronger case.
See our Best AI Tools for iGaming Affiliates comparison for alternatives.
Is Omnia Worth It for iGaming?
Based on our hands-on testing, yes – particularly for affiliates, operators and agencies that want more than a mention tracker.
The platform’s strongest combination is Prompt Discovery + competitor context + citations + geographic tracking + recommendations. Those five areas map unusually well to how iGaming AI visibility actually works.
We also value the fact that our manual checks looked credible compared with the monitored results. That does not eliminate normal AI-answer variability, but it gave us enough confidence to use Omnia data for real monitoring rather than treating it as an illustrative dashboard.

Final Verdict
Omnia is currently our strongest hands-on-tested option for iGaming teams that want AI visibility monitoring combined with a useful action layer.
Its value is not that it promises a fixed “ChatGPT ranking.” It gives teams a repeatable way to discover prompts, compare competitors, inspect citations, monitor country-level visibility and decide what to work on next.
After two months across four real iGaming websites, we would continue using it.
