Accuracy matters to iGaming AI Search.
The AI-search software market changes quickly, and information about pricing, features, agencies and supported platforms can become outdated.
We encourage readers, vendors, agencies and industry professionals to report factual errors.
What We Correct
Examples include:
- incorrect pricing;
- outdated plan limits;
- unsupported claims about product features;
- incorrect company information;
- broken or outdated links;
- inaccurate agency services;
- incorrect descriptions of supported AI engines;
- transcription or calculation errors;
- outdated affiliate-program details.
What Is Not Automatically a Correction
A company disagreeing with our opinion does not necessarily mean the article is factually incorrect.
For example:
“We think the interface is difficult to use.”
is an editorial judgment.
By contrast:
“The plan includes only 20 prompts.”
is a factual claim that can be checked.
We distinguish between the two.
How to Request a Correction
Use our Contact page and provide:
- the URL;
- the statement you believe is incorrect;
- the correct information;
- a source or evidence where possible.
Specific correction requests are easier to evaluate than general requests such as:
“Your review is unfair.”
How We Handle Corrections
We review the available evidence.
If a material factual error is confirmed, we aim to correct it within the article.
For significant changes, we may also update the page’s fact-check or modified date.
Minor spelling or formatting corrections may be made without a separate notice.
Companies Cannot Pay to Remove Legitimate Criticism
Advertising, affiliate agreements, sponsorship or referral partnerships do not provide companies with the right to remove accurate negative information.
Likewise, ending a commercial partnership should not automatically cause a company to be removed from relevant editorial coverage.
Product Updates
A product changing after publication does not necessarily mean the original article was incorrect at the time.
Where possible, volatile information is accompanied by a date checked.
We periodically update commercially important pages as products evolve.
Historical Research
For research datasets and benchmarks, we may preserve historical results rather than rewriting them after the fact.
If a study accurately reflected results on the date tested, later changes in AI visibility do not make the original study wrong.
Material methodological errors, however, should be corrected or clearly disclosed.
